HCL was formed as a hub for leadership development programs and projects designed to increase the competence of current and future public health leaders through provision of advanced level leadership institutes at the state, regional and national levels, and through development and management of the National Public Health Leadership Development Network. The HCL includes the following Institutes and Projects:
