National Oral Health Leadership Institute
The Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors has developed an oral health Leadership Institute in response to
a demonstrated need for leadership training specific to dental public health. The Institute will provide an opportunity for
the development of future leaders in dental public health as well as providing those currently in leadership roles the
opportunity to improve their skills and abilities. This initiative will contribute to the leadership development that is vital to
ensuring the quality, competency and effectiveness of oral health programs at the national, state and local level.
