Buckeye Bluegrass Regional Leadership Academy
The purpose of the Buckeye Bluegrass Regional Leadership Academy is to support local health districts within the
Ohio-Kentucky Region in strengthening their organizational structure through 1) the development of strategic and succession plans and, 2) the subsequent identification and training of high-potential employees for future leadership roles. The Academy connects leadership development with organizational capacity and the fulfillment of an organization's mission utilizing a team based approach.
