Heartland Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma Regional Leadership Institute (KMOLI)
The KMOLI Regional Leadership Institute will provide public health leaders in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma access
to a comprehensive, competencybased leadership development experience to improve public health practice. Ultimately,
KMOLI and other institutes will expand a national network of public health leaders to improve and protect the health and safety of the nation and influence the future of public health. The structure and curriculum of KMOLI will provide an intensive and comprehensive program, as well as ongoing alumni development that utilizes the strengths and adaptations of three pre-existing leadership institutes (Kansas, Missouri, & Oklahoma) KMOLI program design and management, faculty and coaching functions will be evaluated and periodically adapted and refined to assure quality and impact. Evaluation model methods will measure participant knowledge, skill and competence improvement and related impact
on organizational capacity, efficiency or effectiveness.
