Georgia Public Health Leadership Institute
The Institute has developed a one year program for mid-level managers within the state and district health departments. The Institute also conducts a 3-day leadership academy addressing emergency preparedness. The Institute is currently developing a program to address succession planning for senior manager positions. The Institute is also developing leadership training for district health directors and members of county boards of health in Georgia.
